Question:

What is the difference between the evaluation form, the good practice project information form and the projectplanning for the testcase?

Answer:

There are several evaluation forms:

  • In general, to know your expectations and findings of the ECM project as a whole
  • For Phase 4, to now your expectations and findings of your testcase (only for those who participate in Phase 4)
  • For phase 7, to evaluate the ECM

There is a good practice project information form. We use it to gather information for the project database (phase 5). The form will be used in the following situations:

  1. To provide us with Key information (phase 1) What information exactly? Information about projects you already performed and that concern energy and climate issues. This is requested from all participants.
  2. After finalising your testcase (phase 4). Why? Because we want to use the testcases as input for the project database as well. So, once you have finished your testcase, it has become a good practice project. This is requested of those who participate in Phase 4

The projectplanning is requested at the beginning of phase 4 from those of you who particpate in phase 4 and do a testcase. It concerns your regular projectplanning, as you always use it when you do projects. Only we need it in English. You do not have to meet any specific format.
